Aceitação e comunicação pela Comissão Científica: 12 de junho
Entrega da versão final: 27 de junho
Na modalidade de Comunicações poderão ser submetidos projetos de investigação em curso ou concluídos recentemente, projetos de escolas ou outros trabalhos de relevo para o Ensino.
Os trabalhos aceites serão apresentados entre os dias 4 e 5 de julho, por um dos autores num espaço específico a definir pela organização, nos Agrupamentos de Escola Dr. Francisco Sanches ou Maximinos.
/Cada autor apenas poderá submeter um resumo para Comunicação como primeiro autor. Contudo, poderá ser coautor de outras Comunicações.
/Cada Comunicação não poderá apresentar mais de 4 autores.
/As comunicações a submeter não poderão ter sido publicadas previamente, devendo obedecer às seguintes orientações gerais.
/Haverá lugar para apresentação oral, sendo apenas objeto de apresentação a informação veiculada pelo Resumo da Comunicação. Em caso de dúvida, o júri poderá solicitar a presença do autor para esclarecimentos.
/Aos autores de comunicações será dado conhecimento atempado da data, hora, tempo e local para apresentação.
/A submissão dos resumos deverá ser efetuada por via eletrónica, através do correio eletrónico, até dia 28 maio.
(O primeiro autor da Comunicação deverá inscrever-se na Conferência até dia 30 de maio, caso não o faça, o resumo da Comunicação não será avaliado pela Comissão Organizadora.
/Os resumos deverão ser informativos, concisos, contendo objetivos, métodos, resultados e conclusões. Estes deverão ser enviados em formato PDF.
/Os autores serão informados pela Comissão Organizadora, por via eletrónica, da aceitação da Comunicação até dia 12 de junho
/Os autores deverão enviar a versão final da Comunicação até dia 27 de junho.
/Fornece-se um documento sobre as regras de formatação e ainda um texto formatado, com um exemplo de um trabalho escrito, como forma de facilitar a formatação dos textos que deverão ser enviados em pdf.

In the modality of Communication it could be submitted on going investigation projects or recently concluded, school projects or other relevant work for the Education field.
The accepted Communications will be presented between the 4th and 5th of July, by one of the authors in a specific space, defined by the Organization Commitee. The accepted works will be grafically presented by the authores, that will be concerned the conception, design and printing responsabilites. For this they have to meet to the following rules:
/Each author is allow to submit only one Communication summary as first author. On the other end, he could be a co-author of some other Communications.
/Each Communication cannot have more than 4 authors.
/The submitted Communication must not be published yet and should meet the following guidelines.
/There will be a specific place to make the oral presentation, it can only be placed the information included in the Communication summary. In any case, if it appears a doubt, the jury may request the author’s presence for clarifying things.
/The Communication author will be informed about the data, the hour and the time to do the presentation.
/The summary submission must be done by e-mail, until the 28th of May.
(The first author must subscribe the Conference until the 30th of May, if he doesn’t do it, the Communication will not be validated by the Organizing Commitee.).
/The summaries must be informative, concise and the content must include the objectives, methodologies and the conclusions. It must be sent in PDF file.
/The authors will be informed by the Organizing Commitee, by e-mail, of the acceptance of the Poster until the 12nd of June.
/The authors should send the final version until the 27th of June.
/It provides a document with all the rules to format and even a formatted text, including an example of a written work, as a way to help the texts formating that must be sent on a PDF file.
